2022 All-in 4 Change Winners

In 2022, Harrah’s Resort Southern California’s All-in 4 Change grant program awarded $150,000 in cash to 15 well-deserving non-profits from San Diego, Riverside and Orange Counties.

“With this grant from Harrah’s, for each dollar we’re able to provide two meals. So, it gives those who are in need hope,” said Robert Kamensky, Feeding San Diego’s Chief Strategy Officer, of the $40,000 the organization received.

2022 All-in 4 Change winners included:

1st Place: $40,000 awarded to Feeding San Diego
2nd Place: $20,000 awarded to Canine Companions for Independence
3rd Place: $10,000 awarded to Navy Marine Corps PROUD Foundation
4th Place: $5,000 awarded to Armed Services YMCA
5th Place: $4,000 awarded to The Elizabeth Hospice

Important Dates

July 1 - July 31: Application phase begins.

The application phase is open July 1–31.
July 31: Application phase ends.

The deadline to submit all applications.
August 2 - August 4: Request evaluation phase.

All applications are evaluated to ensure they meet contest criteria.
August 5: Eligible applicants informed.

Eligible applicants are informed that they have made it to Stage 2: “The Competition.”
August 15 - August 29: Community voting phase begins.

Voting period. The community is encouraged to vote for their favorite non-profit in the group of finalists. (Want more votes? Reach out to your organization’s membership and donor base to ask them to vote for YOU!)
August 31: Votes tabulated.
The polls close and votes are tabulated to count for 50% of the overall scores to win an All-in 4 Change grant. The remaining 50% of the score is determined by a committee at Harrah’s Resort SoCal, who will judge based on the following criteria:
- How well the project/organization aligns with Harrah’s Resort SoCal’s goals in the community
- Overall significance of the project, including long-term objectives and community impact
- How well the project and our partnership will be promoted to key stake holders and the general community
- The ability to define clear metrics for success
September 7: Committee votes cast.

Selection committee votes on winners.
September 8: Winners notified.
12 winning organizations are notified that they have received the following grants:
- First Place: $55,000
- Second Place: $25,000
- Third Place: $15,000
- Fourth Place: $10,000
- Fifth Place: $5,000
- Honorable Mention Grants: $4,000 each
September 30: Winners’ event at Harrah’s Resort SoCal.

The winners are invited to an event in their honor, celebrating their achievement!
