The holidays are finally here and you know what that means. That’s right, time to chow down on all of those delicious holiday treats. From buttery sweet cookies to decadent Yule Logs Harrah’s Resort SoCal is all about the sugary satisfaction that only Santa season can bring. That’s why this year our pastry chef Matt Lawa and his baking brigade have put together a truly incredible edible display. Forget a gingerbread house, say hello to our Funner gingerbread MANSION!
The pastry team’s delicious dwelling contains a whopping 91 pounds of gingerbread and 25 pounds of Royal Icing! Taking almost a week to construct, Chef Matt’s crispy creation is truly a work of art. It combines everything that is Funner California with your favorite holiday decoration staples.
Chef Matt isn’t stopping with a gingerbread house though. His team has prepared a plethora of holiday goodies for your enjoyment. Yule logs, cupcakes, gingerbread men and more are all available this month at the Buffet. Don’t miss out on the season’s tastiest treats!
