The Elizabeth Hospice
The mission of the Elizabeth Hospice is to enhance the lives of those nearing the end of life’s journey and to care for those who grieve. As a community-based resource for hospice and palliative care, grief counseling, emotional support, bereavement education and crisis support. The Elizabeth Hospice has touched the lives of more than 115,000 people in San Diego and Southwest Riverside Counties since 1978.
Trans Family Support Services
TransFamily Support Services (TFSS) is compassionately dedicated to saving the lives of San Diego County Transgender and Gender Non-Binary (GNB) youth by empowering them with education, support, resources, and advocacy throughout their transition. The organization was founded in 2015, in the aftermath of four Trans teen suicides in San Diego.
