1st Place – Frosted Faces Foundation

Frosted Faces Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that advocates on behalf of senior animals whose lives are in jeopardy by that delivering the promise of family and quality veterinary care. Through their Seniors for Seniors program, they place older dogs in the care of elderly adopters (age 65+) to provide companionship and emotional support for the remainder of both of their lives. As part of this program, Frosted Faces Foundation covers lifelong medical expenses for the animal through the organization’s on-site veterinary hospital. Additionally, Frosted Faces Foundation offers free boarding at the facility if the senior adopter is hospitalized and will welcome the Frosted Face back to the rescue in the event that the adopter can no longer care for their dog or cat.
