Below are some frequently asked questions related to our current policies.
Yes. Guests can cancel or change their reservation up to 48 hours prior to their reservation arrival date (Hotel local time). If changes are not received 48 hours prior to Check-in, the deposit for the reservation will be forfeited. Comp reservations will be charged a no-show penalty fee of $81 if reservation is not cancelled 48-hours prior to Check-in.

Smoking of tobacco products is allowed in designated smoking areas. All Table Games and bars are currently designated as non-smoking areas. At Dive, smoking is permitted in the Main Pool and Swim-up Bar areas only. Smoking is not permitted in the Lazy River area. Marijuana and drugs are not permitted at any time.
Minors under the age of 21 are allowed at Harrah’s Resort SoCal but must be accompanied by an adult (21 or older) at all times. Minors under the age of 21 are welcome to enjoy the Lazy River at Dive. All other pool areas are restricted to guests 21+.
Harrah’s Resort SoCal welcomes service dogs in all areas of the Resort. A service dog, under the ADA, is a dog trained to help a specific individual with a disability with services such as fetching dropped items, minimal protection work, rescue work, or pulling a wheelchair. Emotional support or other non-service animals are not permitted. All service animals are required to be checked in by Resort security.
Hotel guests and guests who have purchased a Dive day pass are allowed to access the pool area. Children and minors under the age of 21 are welcome in the Lazy River area. The Main Pool and Swim-up Bar areas are for guests 21+ only. Each Dive guest will be issued a wristband upon entry. Guests must wear their wristband at all times. Re-entry is permitted. Animals are not allowed.
Coolers are not permitted at Harrah’s Resort SoCal. At Dive, only food purchased at Harrah’s Resort SoCal will be permitted. Please be sure to bring and present your receipt at Check-in.

There are several easy ways to find your offers and promotions. When visiting Harrah’s Resort SoCal, stop by one of our Promotional Kiosks and swipe your Caesars Rewards® card or stop by the Caesars Rewards Center to talk with a Team Member. You can also download the Caesars Rewards app to check your offers anywhere, anytime. Monthly promotions can also be found on our website on the Promotions page.

Yes. Please note, when using a Debit card or Cash App card for incidental deposit funds may take longer to be redeposited into your account. Debit cards can take 10 – 15 business days and Cash App cards can take up to 30 days.
If you have a valid email address, on the day of your arrival you will receive a message with Check-in options and direction.
Click on the “Begin Check-in” link in the email and follow the steps.

Go to the Caesars Rewards Mobile app to follow the Check-in process.
You will be asked to verify your identification, credit card and room information.
If everything verifies correctly, you will receive a notification or e-mail that Check-in has begun.
When your room is ready you will get a notification that Check-in is complete, and you can visit the Self Check-in Kiosk an ID to retrieve your keys.
