All-in 4 Change
On October 9, Mayor Martin Short joined Harrah’s Resort SoCal’s General Manager and Senior Vice President Jill Barrett to share big news with 15 Southern California charities. Each of these non-profits earned a share of the $150,000 cash grants available in this year’s All-in 4 Change program.
Thank you to everyone in the community who cast a vote and helped these local charities earn one of these amazing prizes.
Without further ado, below are your 2024 All-in 4 Change cash grant winners!
• Berry Good Food
• San Diego County Dental Foundation
• The Wyland Foundation
• Alabaster Jar Project
• Support the Enlisted Project
• I Love a Clean San Diego County
• North County LGBTQ Resource Center
• Armed Services YMCA
• Working Dogs for Warriors
• Barrio Logan College Institute
Applications are accepted July 1 – July 31.
Deadline to submit all applications is July 31 at 5pm PT.
All applications are evaluated by the All-in 4 Change Committee at Harrah’s Resort SoCal to ensure they meet contest criteria.
The All-in 4 Change Committee will contact eligible applicants who will move on to Stage 2: Community Voting Phase.
The community is encouraged to vote for their favorite non-profit in the group of finalists. Polls open at 9am on August 19 and close at 5pm on September 2.
Polls close on September 2 at 5pm PT and votes are tabulated to count for 50% of the overall All-in 4 Change scores. The remaining 50% of entrants’ scores will be determined by the Harrah’s Resort SoCal All-in 4 Change Committee. The following criteria is considered:

The winners are invited to an event in their honor, celebrating their achievement! Actual prizes will be revealed to each winner at the All-in 4 Change winners' event.
