Don’t miss your chance to see two guitar legends live when Joe Satriani and Steve Vai take center stage in The Events Center! These two have been playing together since they were teens, when Joe was approached by Steve for guitar lessons. While the two men have each made their own ways in the music scene for decades, they are coming together again to rock out and relive the past. Will you be there?
Joe Satriani’s careers is as legendary as his music. He’s released 19 albums of his own plusa few more alongside his famous Chickenfoot band mates. He has toured the world solo and with other groups, appeared in movies and mentored some famous musicians all while defining and redefining the role of guitarists in rock music.
Steve Vai was one of Satriani’s students, meeting when Vai was just 12 years old. Since creating a career for himself in the music industry, Vai has explored genres and defied traditionalism. In the midst of releasing his nearly 60 albums, Vai has also worked with countless other musicians to create his well-known and ever-changing works of art.
Joe Satriani and Steve Vai came up together in the music industry and will share The Events Center stage on Friday, May 10. See you there!
