Del Mar Debuts in Thoroughbred Racing’s Most Prestigious Event
The track is prepped, the horses are warmed up and it’s time for the big one. And when we say “The Big One” we mean none other than the illustrious Breeders’ Cup. More rich in tradition than betting hopefuls winning big on Arrogate’s astonishing victory last year, the Breeders’ Cup is an event of style, entertainment, excitement and, most importantly, fun. Sounds like a Harrah’s Resort SoCal event if we’ve ever heard it!
Celebrating the spirit of everything that is thoroughbred racing, the Breeders’ Cup is two fantastic days of championship competition between the world’s best horses.
From the Italian Renaissance-inspired ecorche (say it with us: éh-cor-ché) horse trophy to custom Aster and Orchid championship race garlands, the Breeders’ Cup is the place to be for race and event enthusiasts alike. Not a race fan? Not a problem, I’m sure you’ll have just as much fun refreshing yourself with a beverage or two at the Harrah’s Resort SoCal bar and lounge! Just because thoroughbreds aren’t your thing doesn’t mean you can’t have a Funner time at the track right?
