Make your sweetie swoon with our exclusive menu at Fioré

Love season is just around the corner and you know what that means. Time to pull out all of the stops and remind your sweetheart that you’re the ruler of romance! Sure chocolates and flowers might get the job done, but we here at Harrah’s Resort SoCal know that everyone’s true excitement lies in the enjoyment of a world-class meal. Mouth-watering food, a good bottle of vino and a great atmosphere, that’s a Valentine’s Day date if we’ve ever heard it. Luckily for you chef Amanda Colello and her team at Fioré are providing just that with an exclusive menu for two.

We start off with a fresh Crudité plate with seasonal vegetables and a zesty pepper hummus. We then move on to a Lobster Cocktail with garlic aioli and a confit of baby tomatoes and orange supremes. Course three is your choice of a refreshing salad with arugula, roasted sweet corn and parmesan cheese dressed in a lemon basil vinaigrette or a deliciously rich truffled cauliflower soup.

Ready for your entreé? We thought so. Choose between a generous 32 oz. Porterhouse for two with a sweet port wine sauce, potatoes and baby carrots or a Salmon Wellington topped with a silky-smooth bearnaise sauce.

You’re getting full, we can tell. But save room because dessert is a decadent chocolate mousse and strawberry creation by award-winning pastry chef Matt Lawa.
