Springtime is here and with it comes sunshine, smiles and all of those pretty blooming flowers. The season when Mother Earth struts her stuff with all of that jaw-dropping beauty. Sure you could take a stroll through a flower field, but Harrah’s Resort SoCal will do you one better. In honor of Earth Month we’ve partnered up with San Diego’s only certified organic lavender farm, Keys Creek Lavender Farms to bring you spring in a glass. Prepare your tastebuds for the Spring Stinger!
The Spring Stinger
Ingredients:
1.75 oz. Tito’s vodka
.25 oz. violet liqueur
.50 oz. lemon juice
.50 oz. lavender simple syrup
.25 oz. honey syrup
Blackberries
Lemon
Ice
Equipment:
Cocktail Shaker
Cocktail Strainer
Muddler
Directions:
- Muddle blackberries
- Combine vodka, lavender liqueur, lemon juice, lavender simple syrup, honey syrup and ice into cocktail shaker
- Shake to combine ingredients
- Pour through strainer into preferred glass
- Garnish with lemon curl
- Toast to spring!
