If you’ve yet to taste the succulent flavors of an organic Diestel Turkey, now is your chance to carve into one. Incredibly tender and juicy, these birds are no ball of butter. Our chefs at Fiore serve up this speciality bird with blueberry herbed stuffing, green beans amandine, sweet potato cobbler, fresh cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes and pan gravy for $44. Chipotle Citrus Roasted Turkey at ‘ritas Cantina
You you’re craving a little spice in your life then try some south-of-the-border flavors at ‘ritas Cantina. Specialty chef Homero Lopez is cooking up a sweet and spicy chipotle citrus roasted turkey, chorizo sage stuffing and an indulgent creamy street Corn for $17.99. Request a table outside and feast under our cozy heaters poolside!
Traditional Turkey Dinner at the Cafe
Nostalgic food is comforting and the turkey dinner specialty chef Tye Nielsen is serving at the Cafe ticks both of the “nostalgia” and “comfort food” boxes. We take a hefty serving of carved turkey (white and dark meat) and serve it with good old fashioned cornbread stuffing, seasonal vegetables, tangy cranberry sauce and mashed potatoes doused in brown gravy for $18. Yes, The Cafe is open 24 hours but you may want to be the early bird or you might be waiting in line for this one.
